Details:
Can you help us trace a white man who we think may be able to help with our enquiries into a series of cases of bilking which have occurred in the Bristol Bath and Somerset areas over the last few months.

The man is driving a green/blue Peugeot 306 motor car. Concerns over the way and fuel may be carried and stored in the vehicle are raised over the safety of the public and the driver.

Anyone with any information regarding this case should contact Crimestoppers immediately.

To assist this operation there will be dedicated operators to deal with your calls, this should therefore speed up the response. SCAM WARNING

FOREIGN LOTTERY SCAM WARNING
Police are warning the general public that there are some letters being sent to persons purporting to be from the Spanish Lottery “La Primitiva”.
“These letters inform the recipients that they have won a large amount of money, but before you can claim the prize money you have to fill in a form with all your details including bank account number, mailing address etc.”
“Under no circumstances should members of the public fill in this form with the said details and send them anywhere. This is a fraud. The only reasons that the culprits want the said details is to obtain monies from accounts and commit further fraud.
” They added that there is also a similar scam being tried in the internet but using the fact that you have won a supposed prize in the UK National Lottery. Do not send any details to any Email address.
